The Punisher in the Streets of Rage (Readme File) Hack Author: Dha Lau Hoo New York - a jungle of steel and concrete where predators of all kinds mercilessly prey on all, any time, anywhere. Central Park - an oasis of green offering respite from the grey. Here U.S. Marine captain Frank Castle enjoys a picnic with his family. On that day, the Castle family accidentally discovered a brutal mob killing. Fearing any witnesses, the killers gunned down the hapless family. On that day Frank Castle's family died. On that day Frank Castle died. On that day I was born... to avenge them and all others like them. I am... the Punisher! If you are guilty, you are dead. System Updates: (1) This hack is based on the new system that was used in the previous hacks of the same author. (2) The player can choose Frank Castle the Punisher or his best comrade Nick Fury. (3) Bruce and Arnie have returned to this game with new moves. They can now "parry" enemy attacks just like DOA and MK. (4) For Frank and Nick, a grenade is given for every 10 enemies they defeat (initially zero). In this game, Bruce and Arnie are extremely powerful as they were in the previous hack "International Action Hereos", and they can perform offensive special by pressing forward A without costing any health or KO count. If you enjoy wrecking your enemies with overwhelming power, choose them. If you want to be a Marvel superhero, choose Frank and Nick. They are not as powerful as Bruce and Arnie, but they are still more than enough to punish the guilty, If you choose one of them, you will be given one grenade for every 10 enemies you defeat, and you can press forward A to throw it to the enemies. Frank is slightly more powerful than Nick, while Nick is slightly faster.
